Customers must use rented or purchased equipment responsibly and in accordance with:

• Site safety procedures
• Applicable training requirements
• The relevant rental or commercial agreement

Customers must not use equipment beyond its rated capability or outside its intended purpose.

Additional charges may apply where equipment is:

• Damaged through misuse
• Used outside permitted operating conditions
• Lost
• Stolen
• Altered without authorization
• Damaged through negligence
• Returned with missing components or accessories

The specific commercial liability will be governed by the relevant rental documentation.

Customers must not modify, dismantle, alter or attach unauthorized components to rented equipment without prior written approval from Gatiman and, where relevant, the equipment manufacturer.

Unauthorized modification may create safety risks and may constitute a breach of the applicable rental agreement.
